Thank you for shopping at The Salon by Ash Croker. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We offer credit notes for returned items. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit note for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used towards future purchases at The Salon by Ash Croker.
Shipping
Please note that the cost of shipping for returns will be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
